Alex Kutikov has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 2003. He has successfully brokered M&A, Sale and Lease transactions totaling in excess of $1 Billion. He has worked across retail segments including grocery, pharmacy, restaurant, automotive parts and service, banking, fuel and c-store, and dollar stores to name a few. He also specializes in medical, industrial and office transactions. Most recently, Alex has focused his practice on corporate growth via acquisitions and strategic planning for corporate and private equity clients. Alex has served on multiple boards over the years including Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Brokers (CIREB), where he served as President in 2014.

Additionally, he has also served on the Board of Directors for the Southern Saratoga Chamber of Commerce as well as Big Brothers Big Sisters. Alex has received multiple distinctions as an industry leader including being named to the Business Review’s Power 50 Most Influential Business People in the Capital Region. Outside of his work at RedMark Advisory, Alex is a developer with a portfolio of completed projects ranging from national net retail to multi-family.

Gordon Heeps is an entrepreneur, investor, and business strategist with over 20 years of experience in real estate, development, and investment. Since 2003, Gordon has leveraged his market expertise and extensive network to drive value across retail, office, medical, and industrial real estate sectors. He excels in structuring and executing complex transactions, working with both national clients and local businesses to optimize portfolios and drive sustainable growth.

As a co-founder and partner of multiple successful real estate and development firms—including RedMark Realty, Heff Development, and MAG Land Development—Gordon has a proven track record of identifying lucrative investment opportunities and delivering strong returns for investors. His entrepreneurial vision and ability to scale businesses have been key to his success. In 2023, Gordon was honored with the prestigious Power 50 award, recognizing his influence within the Capital Region’s business community. He holds degrees in International Management and Economics from the American University of Paris and Pace University, which have shaped his strategic decision-making and investment management approach. Beyond business, Gordon is dedicated to community service, supporting causes such as the Albany Veterans Hospital. With a focus on generating investor returns and creating long-term value, Gordon brings both vision and execution to every project.
